Buy a Car Using the Kelly Blue Book

When you are interested in purchasing a different car to replace the one you are presently using or even to purchase a second car the Kelly Blue Book is a good reference to use. The Kelly Blue Book shows the suggested retail prices of the car you are interested in and that price quotation should only be used if all cars were sold at the retail suggested cost.

One thing the book does not show you is the price that cars of that model are being sold for or the transaction price after negotiations are completed with the dealer. After all do you want to pay full retail price when you can have the chance of a purchase at a lower price?
